You may cancel your indoor plant care service plan at any time by providing 30 days written notice. This applies to all clients in the United States, including those in Florida locations such as Hialeah, Miami, and Miami-Dade County. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or in writing to our contact information provided below.
Refunds for prepaid indoor plant care service plans for clients in the United States will be calculated as follows:

One-time indoor plant care service appointments for clients in Florida and throughout the United States may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with United States service standards.
Refunds for indoor plant care services will be processed within 10-14 business days of cancellation approval, in compliance with United States financial regulations. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service purchase by clients in Florida and other United States locations.
If you are not satisfied with an indoor plant care service visit in Florida or other United States locations, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will work with you to address any concerns related to plant maintenance and may offer a service credit or adjustment for future visits.
The following circumstances may affect refund eligibility for indoor plant care services in the United States:
You may modify your indoor plant care service plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time. This applies to all clients in the United States, including those in Hialeah, Miami, and throughout Florida. Plan changes will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated adjustments will be applied to your account in accordance with United States billing standards.
