Service Agreements

When you engage our indoor plant care services in the United States, specifically in Florida locations such as Hialeah, Miami, or other areas:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your indoor plants and service location within the United States
• You grant our certified technicians access to your property in Florida or other United States locations during scheduled service times
• You understand that indoor plant care results may vary based on environmental factors specific to Florida's climate or other United States regions
• You agree to pay for indoor plant care services as outlined in your selected service plan, in accordance with United States payment regulations

Service Plans and Payments

Service plans for indoor plant care are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Payment is due according to the terms of your selected plan, processed in compliance with United States financial regulations. We reserve the right to modify service plans and pricing with advance notice to clients in Florida and throughout the United States.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent indoor plant care services throughout the United States, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for plant health. Factors beyond our control, including Florida's unique climate conditions, environmental factors in other United States locations, existing plant health, and natural plant life cycles, may affect results for indoor plants in residential or commercial spaces.

Client Responsibilities

Clients in Florida, including Hialeah and Miami, and throughout the United States are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their indoor plants and care preferences
• Ensuring safe access to service locations within the United States
• Notifying us of any changes to service requirements for indoor plant maintenance
• Timely payment for services rendered in accordance with United States payment standards

Cancellation and Refunds

Service plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on unused service periods. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
